Museum staff (S1) reported ongoing issues with the Paleo Hall windows, noting dust and wind infiltration and difficulty locating contractors willing to reseal or replace double‑paned units. Staff said they contacted multiple vendors (including Frank's Glass Shop) with limited capacity to take on the work and asked for help in securing a professional contractor to remove, seal and reinstall the windows.
Board members suggested possible next steps including having a male board member place calls to vendors to improve response, and offered to supply contractor leads. Lawn maintenance was reported as ongoing and working properly at the time of the meeting. Staff will continue outreach and report back when a vendor is secured.
