Committee authorizes Chair to begin contract-renewal talks; also to negotiate Memorandum of Agreement with Foundation

Mr. Brockwell also moved that, because some portion of the Librarian's salary is articulated in a Memorandum of Agreement with the Foundation, the Chair and the Librarian be authorized to begin negotiations with the Foundation's President and Executive Director on that MOA; that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes do not record the names of the Foundation officials and do not disclose MOA terms.
