A roll call vote approved the agenda unanimously (Ayes: Kevin Jemison, Debra Moore, Dave Willey, Rodney Caffey, Justin Hopkins, Alana Thompson‑Byrd, Antonio Baxton, Trinas Neely, Bryan Whitaker, Tony Fuhrmann; Absent: Randy Harris, Monica Bristow, Ann Schroeder, George Green, Vicky McElroy). The board then voted to approve the Feb. 19, 2026 board minutes on a motion from Debra Moore and a second from Bryan Whitaker, again by unanimous roll call.
Minutes later recorded in the file show the April 16 minutes were formally approved by the board on May 21, 2026, with signatures from Debra Moore (Vice‑Chairman) and Kevin Jemison (Secretary). The meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
The meeting record lists Executive Director Destini Lednicky and Financial Director Teri Rumsey as present; SWIDA bond counsel Sean Flynn also attended. Several regular board members were absent and are recorded as such in the minutes.
