The Northeastern Local Board of Education voted to enter executive session on Nov. 13, 2025 to consider appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion and/or compensation of a public employee or official. The superintendent recommended entering executive session; Mr. Blake Shaffer moved and Mr. Jeff Collins seconded. Roll call recorded ayes from Collins, Gray, Shaffer, Thompson and Yinger. The minutes show time in at 6:32 p.m. and time out at 7:15 p.m.
After returning from executive session the board moved to adjourn. Mr. Yinger moved to adjourn and Mr. Collins seconded; the meeting was adjourned at 7:17 p.m. by unanimous roll call. The minutes do not record any formal action taken in open session as a direct result of the executive session.
