Mecklenburg Planning Commission elects Warren chair, Arrington vice-chair and Reamy secretary

At its Feb. 19, 2026 meeting in the Board of Supervisors meeting room of the Goode Bank Building, the Mecklenburg County Planning Commission completed its organizational elections and named Mark Warren chairman, Reginald Arrington vice-chairman and Charles P. Reamy secretary.
Nominations were opened by Mr. Carson. Randy Crocker nominated Mark Warren for chairman, seconded by Charles P. Reamy; Warren was elected unanimously. David Brankley nominated Reginald Arrington for vice-chairman, seconded by Randy Crocker; Arrington was elected unanimously. Randy Crocker nominated Charles P. Reamy for secretary, seconded by Jerome Watson; Reamy was elected unanimously.
The newly elected officers took their roles immediately, and Chairman Warren assumed the chair for the remainder of the meeting. The procedural votes were recorded in the meeting minutes as unanimous.
