Council members and staff reviewed a slate of community events and coordination opportunities for 2026. Dates noted in the minutes included Myton Daze (June 25–27, with a parade on June 27), Tabiona's July 4 parade, Altamont Long Horn Days (July 20–25), UBIC July 27–Aug. 1, and the County Fair Aug. 3–8; the minutes also list a Holly Fair on Nov. 6–7 and an Enchanted Forest in the third week of November. Roosevelt reported it will not hold a July 4 parade but will host a car show.
Myton City said it is updating its website and asked to coordinate promotion of events across jurisdictions. The notices were informational; no formal action or funding decisions were taken at the meeting.
