Council approves maintenance-building fence change, hears town-hall remodel update

Council also addressed small maintenance items: John Pruitt said he will continue pursuing the park lights timer/switch when the electrician is available, and Mayor Lovell noted that a water tap at the town hall needs replacement. Action items were assigned to follow up on these maintenance needs.
