The resolution states county recycling revenue does not cover program costs and that the Zoning and Land Information Committee will continue to review special collection fees to offset expenses. The Board’s action authorizes using HoChunk Nation funds to bridge a shortfall; the resolution preserves county intent to maintain existing recycling programs while seeking sustainable fee structures.
