The Board of Quay County Commissioners voted to enter Executive Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act to discuss threatened or pending litigation. The executive session began at 9:40 a.m. and the board returned to open session at 10:00 a.m.; Chairwoman Jerri Rush reported that no action was taken during the closed session.
After the return, the commissioners departed the meeting at 10:05 a.m. to tour county roads. The board also voted to table Resolution No. 34 (motion by Brian Fortner, seconded by Dallas Dowell). The meeting later adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
