The meeting opened at 2:00 p.m. with Chair Elaine Baldwin and commissioners Brittney Feller, Allen Henrie, Simone Griffin and Dani Harding present, along with Garfield County Commissioner David Tebbs and Garfield County Planner Kaden Figgins. Planning Commission members Judy Drain and Tony Dinges and Planning Secretary Anne Excell were excused. The meeting adjourned at 2:46 p.m.
