County accepts $8,000 offer for foreclosed parcel, starts upset-bid process

The Board voted unanimously to accept the offer on a motion by Commissioner Deb Hardin, seconded by Commissioner Doug Bridges. County staff will proceed with the upset‑bid advertisement and follow the statutory process for disposal of county-owned property.
