Treasurer’s office reports COP refunding closings completed; informational update

Deputy Cari Eaton of the State Treasurer’s Office gave an informational update to the Board on the status of certificate of participation (COP) refundings that the Board had approved at its February 8 meeting. Eaton reported that good‑faith payments were received on February 9 and that closings for all three COP refunding transactions were completed successfully on March 7.
Treasurer Zach Conine thanked Eaton and staff for completing the closings; the item was informational and required no vote. The meeting then proceeded to final public comment (none) and adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
