Torrey P&Z approves minutes, schedules hearings and closes meeting with unanimous votes

The Torrey Planning & Zoning Commission convened Feb. 26 and carried a series of unanimous procedural and substantive votes. The commission approved the January minutes (motion by Jack Kelly, seconded by Chair Bill Barrett), moved its May meeting date to May 21 to accommodate Chair Barrett's travel, and agreed to hold required hearings on the Annexation Policy Plan before forwarding a recommendation to the Town Council.
In recorded actions the commission (1) recommended Town Council support for a Utah Housing Corporation fourplex proposal (moved by Jack Kelly; seconded by Nan Groves Anderson), (2) accepted final revisions to Title 9 including outdoor lighting changes (moved by Bill Barrett; seconded by Wendy Potter), and (3) approved Title 10 zoning edits including new RV park standards (moved by Bill Barrett; seconded by Nan Groves Anderson). There were no public comments recorded and the commission adjourned following a motion by Jack Kelly.
