Several commissioners said lighting should be limited to white only: "Only white. White light. No color," Commissioner (S3) said.
Staff agreed to review the wording tying the 12‑foot provision to the appropriate clause and to confirm whether temporary A‑frames should be excluded from the 5% permanent sign‑area allocation. The commission did not adopt any final language at the meeting; staff will redraft and return with clarified text.
