The Davis County Audit Committee unanimously approved the minutes from its Feb. 2 meeting after a motion was made and seconded during roll call and opening business. Tracy Coburg moved to approve the minutes and a second was recorded; the chair said the vote was unanimous.
Committee members used the minutes discussion to confirm outstanding action items and next steps, including securing future audit evidence in a consistent location and asking the controller's office to produce a timeline for audit hours needed through the rest of the year. The chair also noted the committee will begin looking for a new public member to replace the member who is scheduled to roll off, and thanked current public members for their service.
