Montrose council approves routine items, street sealing contract and building repairs plan

The council also approved continuing purchases of pond-treatment chemicals, buying a replacement lift-station flow meter for $2,500, and adopted the SDPAA insurance policy using stated values only. Council approved bills and vouchers and adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
