The Board voted on and approved 35 resolutions in the regular voting session on July 21, 2026. Actions included fund-to-fund transfers for intergovernmental allocations, appropriations for county departments, contract award and Notice to Commence for the Lithopolis–Winchester Road resurfacing, acceptance of a State Homeland Security Program grant agreement for EMA, amendments to Fairfield County Transit’s drug and alcohol policy, and several memo expense/receipt and appropriation items submitted by county departments.
Each resolution was approved on motion of Commissioner Jeff Fix with a second by Commissioner David Levacy; the meeting record shows recorded roll-call votes with Commissioners Fix, Levacy and Davis voting aye on the listed resolutions. The Board also approved payment of invoices and adjourned the meeting at 10:08 a.m. The minutes do not record any dissenting votes on the listed resolutions.
