County raises health-insurance projection to 10% amid rising pharmacy costs

"The budget projection for health insurance will be increased from 8% to 10% to account for anticipated cost increases," he said. He also reported that the final American Rescue Plan Act payment is being processed and that his team continues work on county financial reporting initiatives.
