The board approved Change Order PATR-0001 for new doors at the plant in the amount of $5,192.00; Trevor Brooksby explained the need for the doors and Bryan Meier of Sunrise Engineering clarified that the cost will be charged to the treatment plant funds under the Division of Drinking Water funding allocation.
Separately, the board approved a sole-source purchase request from Trevor Brooksby to Mountain West Propane Inc. for $10,349.72 to supply a vaporizer for the plant's generator. Bryan Meier noted the expenditure would be paid from CIB funds and treatment-plant funds. Both motions were moved by Jack Lytle, seconded by Randy Asay, and carried unanimously.
