Council clears fundraiser and festival‑camping arrangement; volleyball maintenance tabled

Concerns about continued upkeep of the sand‑volleyball court prompted a motion to table maintenance until the next meeting (Action 26-004).
These items were administrative and event‑planning decisions; no new city ordinances were proposed and any camping/consumption decisions will follow state rules.
