The council approved beginning a sealed-bid process to sell a 2023 54" Cub Cadet residential mower declared surplus (Action 25-150). Maintenance said the mower is a residential model and no longer needed by city operations.
In finance actions, the council approved transferring $43,000 from the Water General Fund to the Water money-market account (Action 25-151) and $39,000 from the Sewer General Fund to the Sewer money-market account (Action 25-152), each leaving a minimum of $30,000 in operating accounts. Both transfers passed on unanimous roll call.
