Council adopts CRA budget amendment to account for $3M in county funds

The presenter said the CRA has received "a little over $3,000,000" and has spent "over $600,000" this fiscal year; the amendment authorizes the CRA to spend the received funds as intended for Magna development.
Council opened and closed the public hearing on the CRA amendment, and a motion was made and adopted to approve Resolution R2026-33. Staff said the funds are intended to support development and that additional project-level decisions will be presented to the council through normal processes.
