Board member who missed prior session says lack of budget detail prevents an informed vote

I don't have any specifics," the member said, adding they would have voted no if asked to approve the tentative figure tonight. The member asked that the finance committee and business administrator provide the requested documents and said they would like to see cuts and details before the final vote on April 28.
