Following a closed session on student matters, the Governing Board approved four student expulsions and specified placement and contract conditions.
The motion (mover: Pete Lara; second: Felipe Martinez) recorded the following outcomes: one Granite Hills High School student expelled for the remainder of fall and spring semesters of 2025–2026 and transferred to Vine Community Day School; one Monache High School student expelled for the remainder of the year, with revocation of an Interdistrict Attendance Agreement and transfer to Lindsay Unified School District Community Day School; two Sequoia Middle School students: one entered a Stipulated Expulsion Agreement (suspended expulsion with a Suspended Expulsion Contract) and the other expelled for the remainder of fall and spring semesters and transferred to Vine Community Day School. The motion carried with all six members present voting aye.
The minutes list the placement and contract outcomes but do not include specifics about the incidents prompting each expulsion; those records remain confidential under student‑privacy rules.
