The Governing Board adopted two procurement resolutions authorizing district purchases for safety and communications hardware.
Resolution No. 16-26 authorizes a contract to purchase surveillance cameras and related hardware through a piggyback agreement under Public Contract Code Section 20118. Resolution No. 17-26 declared futility of bidding and authorized purchase of Valcom products. Both items were reviewed by Assistant Superintendent Brad Rohrbach and Director of Information Services Kyle Ladrigan. Each resolution passed with recorded roll-call votes showing Mrs. Berry absent and all present members voting aye.
