During routine business on July 15, Michael Blaudschun moved to approve the minutes for July 1, 2026 "as recorded," and Brenna Kucinski seconded; the motion carried 3-0. Mike also moved to approve the manifests for July 8 and July 15 as presented; Brenna seconded and that motion likewise carried 3-0.
The board addressed a land-use technicality after the sale of two formerly contiguous building lots. Because the combined holdings are now less than 10 acres the properties no longer qualify for Current Use and trigger a Land Use Change Tax (LUCT). Mike moved to approve assessment of the LUCT; Brenna seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
