Dorset Planning Commission approves minutes, hears zoning report; next meeting set for March 4

The Dorset Planning Commission approved the minutes of its Jan. 7, 2025 meeting by a 7-0-0 vote at the Feb. 4, 2025 session. Vice Chair Scott Thompson moved approval and Commissioner David McAneny seconded the motion.
Zoning Administrator Tyler Yandow briefly reviewed his Feb. 4 report and reported that the town issued one permit in January. The commission announced its next regular meeting for March 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.; all members except Kit Wallace indicated they planned to attend. The meeting, videotaped via Zoom, adjourned at approximately 7:35 p.m.
