The minutes note the Town zoning bylaw currently limits PUD 'pods' to 12 homes, and the Planning Commission will need to consider bylaw amendments to accommodate more units as the study recommends. White & Burke is reviewing the town’s approach and will issue recommendations in a spring report; the Housing Committee will compile final recommendations for the Selectboard at the end of the process.
