Council approves retroactive $5,000 purchase of ATV for winter and parks work

Union City approved a retroactive purchase of a 2021 CF Moto CForce 600 ATV with plow from Marvin Phillips for $5,000. Leisure Time in Corry inspected the vehicle and reported only normal wear items such as air filter, fluids and possibly tires or wheel bearings in another year.
Council indicated the funding will come from the Capital Equipment fund. The motion to approve the retroactive purchase was made by Councilor Joyce and seconded by Councilor Steadman and recorded as carried in the minutes.
