Planning Board affirms negative SEQRA declaration, approves MKJC Realty amended site plan and ARB

Scott Sicina of Lanc & Tully explained the amended plan removes the second floor and reduces the building height from 35 feet to 25 feet while retaining the previously approved footprint. Pat Hines confirmed County Planning returned a local determination with no binding comments. Planning Board attorney Dominic Cordisco said the Board could reaffirm its prior negative SEQRA declaration and issue a single resolution granting amended site plan and ARB approval. Dave Dominick moved to reaffirm the negative declaration and grant amended approval, Lisa Carver seconded, and the Board approved by roll call.
The applicant said construction documents will be filed with the Building Department shortly; the Chair and staff will sign the final site plan to allow building permit applications to proceed.
