The Planning Board acknowledged receipt of a revised Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Britain Woods multi‑family proposal (project 22‑17) and agreed to refer the submission to its consultants for detailed review.
Applicant representative Zack Szabo told the Board, “we have submitted the revised FEIS for the Board's acceptance and review.” Planning Board attorney Dominic Cordisco recommended the Board give consultants at least 30 days to review the FEIS and proposed changes, asking that consultant comments be provided in advance of the Sept. 3 meeting so the Board could consider the item at that date, subject to consultant availability and the presence of traffic reviewer Ken Wersted to address proposed traffic modifications.
The Board scheduled Britain Woods for the Sept. 3 agenda and asked staff to circulate the revised FEIS to consultants for formal comment.
