At the Dec. 16 meeting the Dorset Design Review Committee voted to table Dorset Properties’ application until the applicant supplies requested documentation. Member Artie Gottlieb made the motion; Member Lindy Bowden seconded; the motion passed unanimously among members present.
Members present for the vote were Kit Wallace (chair), Ruth Tanenhaus, Artie Gottlieb and Lindy Bowden; Michelle Pagán was absent. The committee recorded no 'no' votes or abstentions. The committee instructed the applicant to submit window model/specifications, ramp drawings, shutter layout and door measurements for reconsideration at the January meeting.
