Dorset Planning Commission minutes approved; zoning administrator reports three permits issued

The Town of Dorset Planning Commission approved its Nov. 5, 2024 meeting minutes by a 7‑0 vote. David Berard moved to approve the minutes and Scott Thompson seconded; the commission recorded the approval as 7‑0‑0.
Zoning Administrator Tyler Yandow summarized his report, stating that three zoning permits were issued during the prior month. Commissioner David McAneny provided a brief update on items discussed at the Bennington County Regional Commission meeting on Nov. 21, 2024, and directed the public to the regional commission’s minutes at www.bcrcvt.org.
Chair Gay Squire also administered an oath to Todd Beyer and Mike Beyer early in the meeting. The minutes note that the meeting was recorded via Zoom. The commission set its next regular meeting for Jan. 7, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.; all members present indicated they would attend.
