"Approve and Act upon authorizing advertisement of proposals for road materials, asphalt & suppliers, culverts, fuel & oil supplies and hauling," the court recorded when taking the motion. The actions direct county road staff to begin formal solicitations and adopt the inventory submitted in the meeting attachment for use in county maintenance planning.
