She advised attendees that while construction of the new facility continues, meeting locations may limit in-room access during Executive Session, and participants may wait in vehicles and will be notified when the council returns to open session.
The council moved into Executive Session at 7:02 p.m. and returned to open session at 7:52 p.m.; Mayor Josh Simpson stated that no decisions were made during the closed session.
