Planning commission continues review of Kechi 2040 plan and keeps Kechi Corner rezoning on hold

A related variance matter (BZA-V-03 Kechi Corner LLC) was reported as recessed on Oct. 14, 2025; no new hearings or votes on those Kechi Corner items were taken on June 9.
