Kechi Planning Commission elects new chair and co-chair

The Kechi Planning Commission elected Erik Breckenridge as Chair and Richard Wolf as Co-Chair during its June 9, 2026 meeting. Cheryl Hobson moved to elect Breckenridge as Chair and Josh Gaines seconded; that motion carried 5-0. Oscar Thomison moved to elect Richard Wolf as Co-Chair and Cheryl seconded; that motion also carried 5-0.
Richard Wolf had called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. before the elections. The newly elected officers will preside over future Planning Commission agendas and hearings until successors are chosen or terms expire.
