Wayne County supervisors unanimously approved vendor claims with a grand total of $397,896.40 at their July 7 meeting. Auditor Michelle Dooley presented an itemized list that included large payments such as Tyler Technologies ($96,917.77), Cantera Aggregate ($52,618.06) and Furnal Inc. diesel and oil ($37,673.25).
The minutes also show FY26 allocations paid June 30 totaling $6,500: $1,000 to Mormon Trail Swimming Pool, $2,000 to Prairie Trail Family Aquatic Center for swim lessons, and $3,500 to the Wayne Pioneer Cemetery Fund. The Board approved the claims and allocations by motions moved and seconded by Supervisors Todd Wilson and Lance Lange; all actions were recorded as unanimous. The Board set its next regular meeting for July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
