City Administrator Ryan Nolan explained that the project is already designed and would create bicycle and pedestrian improvements from the Depot Street bridge to the north edge of the city limits along Oregon Highway 99 (Rogue River Highway). The authorization permits staff to prepare and submit the requested $1.2 million application on the city's behalf.
