Richland School Board elects 2025 officers, adopts revised 2025 calendar

Trustees appointed Tony Aguirre as Board President and Cain Maldonado as Board Clerk; Melissa DeWitt was named Trustee Representative and Tammy Criswell named Trustee Alternate. Each appointment passed on routine motion votes with four trustees voting yes and one trustee absent.
Trustee Tammy Criswell also moved to adopt the board meeting calendar for 2025, proposing no meeting in July and shifting the June meeting from June 23 to June 30, 2025. The board approved the calendar on a 4-0 vote. These organizational actions followed the administration's oath of office for incumbents earlier in the meeting.
