Joseph Meacham named Planning Board chairman to finish term after Knupfer’s resignation

Motion by Supervisor Thomas Schneider and second by Councilwoman Kathleen Manne carried unanimously (Conti, Manne, Schneider). The resolution specifies Meacham will receive the stipend listed on the Town of Pembroke salary schedule; no additional duties or changes to the Planning Board's schedule were reported at the meeting.
