Town board unanimously approves Abstract #13 payments and NYSDOT supplemental snow & ice agreement

The board also approved Resolution #45, adopting the New York State Department of Transportation 2025-26 Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Snow & Ice Agreement (Contract # D014804) to adjust the agreement after the town exceeded its estimated expenditures for the 2025-26 season, and authorized the Supervisor to sign any related paperwork. Motion and vote were the same as for Resolution #44 (3-0 unanimous).
