Ferry asked the board to waive the grinder-station fee to provide relief. The board indicated it viewed the issue as a dispute between the contractor and Camden Group and said Camden Group’s insurance should be the mechanism for compensation. Supervisor Thomas Schneider said he will contact Camden Group to determine whether insurance will cover the bill.
