Council approves first 2026 budget amendment including $35,000 for digital reader boards

The committee reported full support for the amendment and Council moved and approved Ordinance 2841 on second reading. Reed said she would be available for follow‑up questions and noted the fund transfers were split between funds using the same percentage allocations applied in the IT budget.
