Hicks said, "This would just kind of break it up, of how we're going to spend it. And we recommend approval of resolution 18 81." Council moved to approve the resolution, it was seconded, and passed by voice vote.
The funds were authorized earlier by council and this amendment clarifies distribution to logistics and security for the July 4 parade.
