She said the District has 600 acre‑feet available and that the current carryover transfer on the consent calendar would yield a selling allocation valued at $171,000.
Cerri said the Water Master determines the annual percentage the District may sell and that next year’s allocation has not been finalized due to challenges to the reduction. The transfer of the 2023‑24 carryover right from the District's free production was placed on the Board consent calendar for action at the upcoming Board meeting.
