Superintendent reports renovation progress, Page Turn complete; blueprints to go to bid

Superintendent Albert Lombard reported that the district completed a 75% Page Turn meeting with SiteLogiq to review renovation scopes across all buildings and that final blueprints are being prepared for bidding later this summer. Lombard also provided updates on planned 2027 renovations for the middle and high school, a 2028 elementary school project and the Memorial Drive replacement project.
Lombard said the district will move to bidding later this summer after finalizing blueprints. Mr. Lombard additionally recommended stakeholder engagement for the Outdoor Learning Spaces project and scheduled a meeting with the ODC for June 22, 2026. Board member Ross Thiele suggested inviting key stakeholders to participate in planning the Outdoor Learning Spaces project anticipated for 2027.
