Operations Manager Matt Brooks said the vehicle is intended for wastewater department use and that the heavy mountain driving contributed to wear. The board approved declaring the old unit surplus and directed staff to plan for its disposal. Vice President Steve Boydston moved and Director Bruce Reynolds seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
