Board to consider cross-connection ordinance, wastewater fee hearing, design-build procurement and solar contract

General Manager Catherine Cerri reviewed key items planned for the upcoming Lake Arrowhead CSD Board meeting. Consent and action items include a Resolution to adopt the 2025 Appropriation Limits for Fiscal Year 2025-26; the Supplemental Water Buy-In Fee update; acceptance of the SCADA Room Project No. 228 and the Manhole Inflow Reduction Project No. 257; a public hearing to adopt the Report of Annual Wastewater Service (Sewer) Fees; introduction of a proposed Cross-Connection Control Plan ordinance to comply with the State Water Resources Control Board; approval to proceed with the Design-Build procurement method; and approval of a contract with Staten Solar Corporation to install a solar photovoltaic system at Hesperia Farms Project No. 142-C.
The Executive Committee received the preview and placed these items on the full Board agenda for decision at the June Board meeting; no final approvals for these projects or ordinances were made at the Executive Committee meeting.
