During the Executive Committee meeting on June 16, General Manager Catherine Cerri said the Operations Manager's report—scheduled for the June Board meeting—will show that overall system water deliveries decreased by 2.6% year-over-year while customer usage rose by 3% over the previous year.
Cerri presented the figures as part of the agenda preview; the committee did not take action on operational policy at the Executive Committee level and directed that the item be presented to the full Board for review.
